Flexible Cancellation

We are aware that life happens and that plans can alter. Nevertheless, if you cancel less than 14 days before the date(s) of your reservation, you might have to forfeit 25% of your security deposit.

We Pick You Up Anywhere

Private transportation has the advantage of coming to you. Your group will be picked up and dropped off by our drivers wherever you have specified.

Can I request a specific driver for my trip?

While Premier Private Rides accepts requests, we can not guarantee a specific driver to anyone. Availability is dependent on scheduling, but we will try our best to accommodate your every need.

Do I need to tip my driver?

Tip is included in the total cost of your reservation. However, if you have exceptional service and wish to go above and beyond for your driver, gratuity is accepted for superior service.

What is Premier Private Rides cancellation policy?

We understand that plans change and life happens. Therefore, Premier Private Rides tries to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling your ride service. With enough notice you will be able to receive a full refund, and partial refund for services canceled with shorter notice.

Are vehicles equipped with GPS tracking for safety?

Yes! For the safety of everyone in the vehicle, including our drivers, all vehicles are equipped with advanced GPS trackers in order to monitor the location of vehicles at all times. This can put everyone’s mind at ease.

Are drivers for Premier Private Rides contracted out?

No, all of Premier Private Rides drivers are our employees who have clean driving records and have undergone back ground checks. Rest easy knowing all of our chauffeurs are professionally trained and never contracted out.
